Customer Service
Our Customer Service department services all Customers: from Pharmacies, Membership Clubs and Supermarkets, to Hospitals, Doctors and Government Institutions, with orders received either in-house, or in the Trade.
Sales & Marketing
Our sales reps are furnished with wireless technology that allow them to take orders and upload directly from the Customers’ location. They access up-to-date information on stock availability and credit status.
Warehouse
We efficiently manage over 500 orders on a daily basis. This is done through the effective use of a Warehouse Management System that helps us manage the complexity of our close to 4,000 SKU count. Distribution is done twice daily, including a unique Saturday delivery.
Administration
Our Procurement, Regulatory, Finance, HR and IT teams all work with superior Customer Service in mind, to ensure that we can offer the best support to both our Suppliers and Customers.
